3. Account Registration & Security

Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence under Bangladeshi law.
7.1 Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation
Registering with false identity information, impersonating another person, using another person's payment method without their explicit consent, or providing fraudulent documentation in connection with age verification or withdrawal processing are all forms of identity fraud that are strictly prohibited.
7.2 Money Laundering

7.3 Automated Software and Bots

7.4 Collusion and Match Fixing

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by bd35
bd35 may suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; failure to complete required identity or age verification within a reasonable time; prolonged account inactivity (accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months); or any other reason that bd35 reasonably determines to be in the interest of platform integrity or player welfare.
8.2 Closure by the Player
Players may request the closure of their bd35 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, bd35 will process any pending withdrawals of real-money balance before closing the account. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests made as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion are processed immediately without a cooling-off period.
8.3 Effect of Closure

8.4 Disputes Following Closure
